Our room had cobwebs in the upper corners and the bathroom wasn't quite as clean as we had hoped. Our room #16) had no shower. We managed fine, though, happy with the 4-poster bed with a canopy.

The location was good for Central Edinburgh, a very short walk to Princess Street. Location of hotel is perfect, just a 10 min walk to city centre. Great location Gorgeous interior. The location is perfect. It’s close enough to walk to the centre but it’s still a quiet and not overcrowded area.
