Whole place reeks of stale smoke. Found a bed bug and told the front desk. They didn't seem alarmed, and told me that they couldn't refund me and I shouldn't have booked with kayak.
The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The room was quiet, that is, we did not hear any outside noises. Kerig coffee in the room :( but brewed coffee in the lobby in the morning. We could not figure out how to control the room temperature with the thermostat. Didn't call the front desk because it was very late. When I moved the hassock from in front of the chair a bunch of Cheerios fell to the floor. Obviously the cleaning staff did not move they furniture when vacuuming, an indication of how well the room is cleaned between guests. Hot water comes out of the cold water faucet apparently because the service lines are too close to each other in the walls. The water from the hot water side is extremely hot - definitely more than 120°.

Pros:Angela at the front desk was great Room was large and comfortable It was a great location for my reason to travel Overall feeling was like walking into an old but really fancy place. Lots of parking
Cons:Not much to say so I'll sound like I'm nit picking.. The place is older an it shows in some places The room service didn't replace any of our towels while we were out. The hvac in the room was a little loud and so was the music the restaurant was playing (I was on the 4th floor)
Pros:The staff!
Cons:No complimentary breakfast, no microwave or refrigerator in the room, bad maintenance, molding on curtains, window seal damaged! Just a disaster in certain areas!
