They would not pick us up at airport - causing us to spend money on a cab. When we arrived they were RUDE, asked if they would be driving us back to airport when we returned the car - they said no causing a round trip cab ride of $43.00. We decided not to use their service. Had to change rental, with completely new rate (twice the price) for the exact same class of vehicles. This was due to the limit in range you can take certain cars from Payless. I would have taken my business elsewhere.Budget

Just about everything. First car had rock damage to the windshield and I was asked to sign off on the existing damage to the car prior to inspecting. The entire facility is trashy and dirty. The worst part is the EZpass charge. Because of the EZpass charge alone, I will not rent from advantage again5.6 Fair

The drop off was great. Service in Atlanta was very fast and contactless. The rental hold money was returned quickly following drop off. The car ran fine.Cons:
The car was not very clean either inside or outside upon pickup. The car was not available at the pick up time and I had to wait about 45 minutes to an hour for a vehicle to arrive that I could use. The person checking me in was not forthcoming about the amount Alamo was going to charge my card which caused unnecessary confusion during pickup. I have used Alamo before and did not have any problems when renting in other states so my family will likely rent from them again in the future. Maybe it was the ERW airport having an off day.Avis
