Cons:
I made the reservation and paid in advance, only to find when arriving at the counter that I’ve been placed on a Do not rent ban. The staff at the counter could not tell me why or help me any further and made me call a customer service line, where I waited for 20 minutes on hold. Since I was in a time crunch, I had to walk away and rent with a different service. Why did Hertz not flag my account when I paid for my reservation in advance, instead of wasting my time when I was already ready to pick up the car? Who knows. I still have not been able to get through to their specific phone line to figure out why my account has been blocked, after calling multiple times. I last rented with Hertz a few months ago, and never received any notice about my account being blocked.10.0 Wonderful

Hertz has a do not rent to list, but you don't find out you're on it until you go to rent. The incident they claim put me on the list happened over 9 years ago and I have rented from them since with no problems.10.0 Wonderful

My rental agent was wonderful.Cons:
I’m hoping I didn’t screw up with that easy pass. I’m not sure it was open for a bridge crossing and I’m not very familiar with the whole toll and easy pass since the cashless toll system has been implemented. I could have used more info on using the easy pass. Will I get penalized?10.0 Wonderful

They lost the keys and the car then the wait to be seen meanwhile they are all here the attitude it’s just not a good experience at all. The person that lets you out is never there and you have to wait on them or go looking for someone it is ridiculous .4.8 Mediocre

Pros:
Took over half hour at counter as agent was incompetent. I was next in line . Agent at counter twice tried to give me a giant SUV instead of the compact I ordered. Luckily I was able to get someone in the parking area that switched me to a smaller vehicle.Cons:

Pros:
The drop off was great. Service in Atlanta was very fast and contactless. The rental hold money was returned quickly following drop off. The car ran fine.Cons:
The car was not very clean either inside or outside upon pickup. The car was not available at the pick up time and I had to wait about 45 minutes to an hour for a vehicle to arrive that I could use. The person checking me in was not forthcoming about the amount Alamo was going to charge my card which caused unnecessary confusion during pickup. I have used Alamo before and did not have any problems when renting in other states so my family will likely rent from them again in the future. Maybe it was the ERW airport having an off day.Avis

This location is the worst. The guys who worked there were rude and unhelpful. They did not have my car when I arrived, and it took over two hours for them to get it. I will never use this location again.AutoEurope
