Indoor Pool and open hours. Breakfast variety.
Room was comfortable and the common areas were well appointed and clean
Rooms were clean, staff was very helpful.
Better than expected. The staff was very friendly and the room was big and clean.
They're remodeling the lobby so it was kind of a mess but understandable.
Great dining and gathering area.
Wifi was pretty slow.
Location was great
We were rushed thru check in she forgot room keys. Tv needs replaced as it had lines going up an down old tv. We had to call an find circuit to turn on Jacuzzi, not all of the jets worked. So not great for 2.
the hotel was clean and most of the staff was friendly and accommedating.......and the free breakfast was great......
a little out of the way from the main road but not too bad once we knew it was only a 5 minute walk to the resturants and other hotels and shopping
It was clean and private.
They didn't have suite I reserved & paid for in advance. Was sent to double room. Complained at desk. Was told by mgr. that she didn't know what to do. my suite already taken. I asked her to find a quick solution because I was getting upset. Found me one.
the u describe on the web doesn't exist there. u should check ur acuracy.
Friendly & respectful staff. The rooms were great!
I had to get our key cards reactivated every day.
Very firiendly staff, very clean!
The hotel was difficult to locate. The signage near the intesection could have advised that the hotel was down the road a few miles. Both couples in our group traveling sepaartely had difficulty finding the hotel.
The cleanliness and comfortable beds
the morning breakfasts were very busy, and they could have used more help in there
yes everything was great I liked the fact that it had a walk in shower, because I have knee problems
I would stay at this hotel again. Good Location, and good value.
I have stayed at this property twice during the month of July 2009 and my experiences were consistent. First, the good. The building, rooms, staff, and facilities I would consider above average for the Hampton Inn hotels. As far as the bad, the wireless internet service was poor at best. Pages would not load (including around times like 3:00pm which is 'off-peak' for people to be in their rooms with their laptops open) and would often timeout requiring you to hit refresh a few times just to get anything to load. Forget about loading two or more pages at once. The worst part about this hotel and this is why I can't recommend it even though it is a nice Hampton Inn, is the noise from Interstate 70 is unbearable. The hotel butts up against the I-70 right of way which means some rooms are literally just tens of feet away from the interstate. With I-70 being a primary trucking route, the highway noise is loud and non-stop. Even with the TV on and the A/C fan on high for white noise, you can still hear the trucks. My first stay I was on one side of the building...on the second stay I got the other side which was actually worse. If you are a deep sleeper then this may not be an issue. If you are a normal or light sleeper, you should seriously consider staying somewhere else. Whoever decided that single pane room windows would be sufficient for a hotel built immediately next to the interstate is either an idiot or a cheapskate.
Only stayed one night on the way to our destination, but would stay there again. The room was clean and quiet and the bed was comfortable. Staff was courteous and breakfast was great.
