The rudest manager I’ve ever witnessed. Liar employees that called to confirm my reservation the day before and when I got there my car was not there. The manager said I have no control over this when I asked who has control he said I’m the manager but I can’t control anything here and sent me away. He didn’t care and was making fun of another customer who wanted to pay cash with another employee right in front me. That store either needs to close down or the whole team needs to change because it’s ruining enterprise reputation. I would never rent from enterprise again because time is gold and I waisted 2 hours of my time that day driving to OC from LA. Bad business very bad!!!!!Reviewed Oct 26 2023

Pros:I liked the ease of drop off.Cons:They called me at 8AM the morning I was supposed to pick up my rental and told me they did not have any standard trucks available and asked if I wanted a small vehicle instead. I told them I needed a large vehicle with space since I was taking a trip so the employee noted that I would take an SUV if there were no other options. When I arrived, I saw they had truck so I was excited. However, the employee offered me a suv. After inquiring about getting a truck, he went inside and spoke to someone for a few minutes before getting back to me and letting me know they indeed have an available truck for me. The employee told me he offered me an SUV because the notes said so, but when I spoke on the phone with Tucker I told him I wanted a truck, but if that wasn’t an option I’d take something that have the space capacity similar to the truck I reserved.Reviewed Aug 16 2020

Cons:Honestly I really like Enterprise and the one in Anaheim on Harbor... hands down best customer service! The guys are so friendly to all customers from what I saw while waiting. They make it as easy for you to be in and out without wasting your time or theirs. I will most likely only be using enterprise for car rentals whenever needed. Car rental nightmareCons:Pretty much nothing went right. We were picking up the car following a flight into Orange County. It turns out that the Santa Anna rental location was 6+ miles away from the airport. We had to take an Uber to the enterprise location. We were also told that unlike every other enterprise location, they could not pick us up at the airport. I checked at the airport location to see if they would honor the reservation and was told it would cost over $100 more. The one thing enterprise agent at the Santa Ana office did do was discount the one-way fee to compensate for our having to pay for an Uber to get to the location. Then when we went to return the car back at the orange county airport, the computers were down and was told that the car could be checked in the following morning. When I called the airport location the following morning to see if the car had been checked in, the call was not routed to the airport but rather to a call center. They were unable to tell if the car had been checked in. I never got a receipt emailed to me showing that the car was checked in as promised. I had to call the next morning only to find out that the car had been checked in with l damage noted and a resulting charge. Fortunately, when I had left the car at the airport, I had taken a video showing that there was no damage to the car. I spoke to the phone representative who was willing to check in the car completely and remove any damage charges. To top it off the car stunk with a smell that was unsuccessfully masked with an excessive application of air freshener. Needless to say, a VERY unsatisfactory experience.Reviewed Apr 16 2017

Slowest check in process I've seen, horrible electronic system, but snPros:People, car, valueCons:Super long line in Santa Ana and they didn't bother to tell people we could also check in by kiosk at a different location. Didn't have my reservation easily available by my name or contact info. Thought I was from Missouri for some odd reason (I'm from California). Triple confirmed a different drop off location and price then charged me twice as much on drop off.
