The rudest manager I’ve ever witnessed. Liar employees that called to confirm my reservation the day before and when I got there my car was not there. The manager said I have no control over this when I asked who has control he said I’m the manager but I can’t control anything here and sent me away. He didn’t care and was making fun of another customer who wanted to pay cash with another employee right in front me. That store either needs to close down or the whole team needs to change because it’s ruining enterprise reputation. I would never rent from enterprise again because time is gold and I waisted 2 hours of my time that day driving to OC from LA. Bad business very bad!!!!!Reviewed Oct 26 2023

Pros:I liked the ease of drop off.Cons:They called me at 8AM the morning I was supposed to pick up my rental and told me they did not have any standard trucks available and asked if I wanted a small vehicle instead. I told them I needed a large vehicle with space since I was taking a trip so the employee noted that I would take an SUV if there were no other options. When I arrived, I saw they had truck so I was excited. However, the employee offered me a suv. After inquiring about getting a truck, he went inside and spoke to someone for a few minutes before getting back to me and letting me know they indeed have an available truck for me. The employee told me he offered me an SUV because the notes said so, but when I spoke on the phone with Tucker I told him I wanted a truck, but if that wasn’t an option I’d take something that have the space capacity similar to the truck I reserved.Reviewed Aug 16 2020

Cons:Honestly I really like Enterprise and the one in Anaheim on Harbor... hands down best customer service! The guys are so friendly to all customers from what I saw while waiting. They make it as easy for you to be in and out without wasting your time or theirs. I will most likely only be using enterprise for car rentals whenever needed.
