Pros:The staff was friendly and helpful. Pros:Staff was very Friendly and accommodating.Cons:I had asked for a 4x4 vehicle and when I got there I was almost given a non-4x4 even after calling and confirming a day prior to pick-up.Luckily there was one available and the staff was able to give me what I asked for.Reviewed Jan 22 2019

Pros:Very easy drop off. Good price.Cons:We had made a reservation for pick up at the airport, but when we got there the reservation has been changed to a location outside the airport. We ended up having to pay more to get the car at the airport.Reviewed Mar 12 2018

They called two days before my reservation and cancelledPros:Nothing they did not honor the reservationCons:They called me two days before the reservation and said they gave my van rental to someone else.
