Pros: Nothing they did not honor the reservation
Cons: They called me two days before the reservation and said they gave my van rental to someone else. I ended up using a different company and had to pay an extra 175$ because of the short notice. They refused to pay me the difference or compensate me in anyway.
Not as Advertised
Pros: enterprise puts high value in customer service, everybody was helpful etc.
Cons: I ordered a mini-van rental through Kayak, got to enterprise to pick it up, they said "we don't have a mini-van available, you need to take a crossover suv (smaller) or pay $10 a day more for this suv rental." Why was I allowed to reserve a van when there was no van available?
Pros: Convience of location.
Cons: I still have not recieved my $200 deposit back as of today. Car was taken back on the 24 of March/16.

Cons: Morgan Hill Enterprise is the worst place to get a car. This is not my first time experience with them. Firstly they never have a car available when you have booked it. I asked at 9:30am and at 9:45am they said they donot have availability until 5pm even after booking 2 weeks in advance. Their cars are old and in terrible condition, even broken and chipped all over. Their sales people always try to sell you cars for more last minute and donot acknowledge the price you book from other websites and even their own company promotions. NEVER GO THERE!
