Pros:The price was about the least expensive and vehicle was almost new. It was a very good experience.

Cons:Only had one car on premise and although it was an upgrade in size I, it was not cleaned and had an odor.

Cons:Enterprise didn't have a car, wanted to give me a van, or they wanted me to pay more for the only car they had. I don't know if it was a problem with Enterprise or Kayak.

Pros:Everything was smooth. Vehicle was perhaps a little old for a rental (35K miles) but you couldn't tell by the condition of the car. Lots of room, car drove well, and did exactly what we needed it to do...haul around 5 guys and their golf equipment. Everything on the vehicle worked as it was supposed to.
Cons:Nothing. Everything was good.

Cons:When I arrived at Enterprise they were understaffed. Had to call in workers and people waiting to rent cars. No car available for me until someone happened to bring a car in. Quickly they washed the car and gave it to me. Honestly not happy. A lot of wasted time waiting around. :(

Pros:Desk representative was super!
Cons:Unfortunately the additional insurance purchased on the website, would require a $500 fee with Enterprise, if I had had to file an accident claim. It was NOT Enterprise's own insurance policy. Very misleading/deceptive of your website. Won't do that agin!
