Pros:The staff was pleasant and professional.
Cons:Enterprise didnt have the car we rented thru kayak. We had to go to avis.

Cons:Had to pick up car at different location...had to drop car off at different location was given different car than one requested.
Cons:Office was closed even though I had called earlier in the day since my flight arrived close to the time the office would be closing. I took a taxi to a second loction & they were not helpful. I ended up renting from Budget.
Pros:The car we finally rented
Cons:Getting the car we needed was a nightmare. Said a car was available and it wasn’t. Very frustrating experience. The people were nice but didn’t make much of an effort to locate a car.
Pros:Drop off was easy.pickup was a nightmare: wewaited in line 30 minutes, then told our car was at another location but there was no shuttle: we had to take a cab (who was not happy to get such a short ride). The waited another 30 minutes while they got our car ready.
Cons:1. Get more staff at airport counter or better trained ones. 2. If car is not at terminal GET A SHUTTLE! 3. Have car ready at appointed time
Pros:I travel all the time and Enterprise does an excellent job of getting you to your reserved car quickly. Their system is fast and efficient and their associates are always upbeat and professional.
Pros:The car did not breakdown and drove well.
Cons:The wait to the counter and than being told that the car was on it way. After waiting 20 minutes asked if they were building the car was told that they were waiting for it to come back from rental. I requested they call another shop and get one they finally order one form Palm Desert and after sometime drove me to it. I was late for a dinner date which did not go well with my wife. Upon returning the car to the airport it again was not smooth and took longer than it should have.
No shuttle, should be clearly mentioned to is is off site location and no shuttle available- before booking.
