Cons:I paid a $45 deposit for a rental car that was never reserved so we were stuck without a car. I want a full refund. Terrible service!
Cons:We just rented the car for 1 day and dropped off At a location. I think the drop off cost was high
Cons:The Kayak site said there was a shuttle from LGB airport to this Enterprise location. There wasn't. They wanted me to take a cab to the company whose tagline is, "We'll pick you up." Instead, I called them and they transferred my reservation to the Enterprise location at the LGB airport. They promised me the rate would be the same. Unfortunately, they then tripled the cost of my reservation. I walked 10 feet over to the Alamo counter and they gave me a car for my original rate. I'll never use Enterprise again.

Pros:The Assistant Manager was very understanding, patient and efficient despite all of the demands of him.

Cons:I prepaid for a tank of gas and was told that I'd get the difference back at dropoff, but instead I was billed the full amount and was told that the transaction couldn't be modified.

Cons:The agent who checked me in told me that there weren't any cars in the cheap range left, and tried to upgrade me to the next tiered car for an extra $5 a day. A few minutes later, we find out that she was lying to my face, and I ended up renting the same Kia Rio that I reserved. Gas tank was not full. Interior was stained and gross.
