Pros:No wait to get the car. Great customer service... pleasant and helpful.

Pros:Pickup was smooth and easy. Car was in good condition. The drop off was also fairly quick except for finding the location.
Cons:We found it difficult to locate the drop off location in Cologne-Bonn airport since we did not pick it from there.

Cons:Enterprise attempts at add ons to raise price. Extra insurance, 80 euros to drive to Austria, and 50 euros to add a driver.
Pros:Once I got the correct car, it was very comfortable.
Cons:My car, which was booked a month in advance, was unavailable, which I was only informed of the morning of pickup. Had to change my travel plans to get the correct car two days later, using a van in the meantime. The whole process was a headache and I will avoid using Enterprise in the future.
