Pros:Sensible scratch policy. Friendly staff.
Pros:Great car and great service
Cons:When I ordered this car, the app immediately put the previous name that I had booked the previous car with. When I noticed I messed up, I tried calling the rental car company ACE but after 30 minutes of being on hold I gave up and figured that we could change the name when we picked up the car. When we got there they said that this would not be possible and that we either had to cancel and reorder but the price had gone up $300 or add an additional driver for $8 a day. We were so fed up and tired that we paid the $8 but where is the customer service? I attempted to fix it via travelocity but they said they could not do anything about it. The drivers were around the same age (60) and there was no real difference. This whole process was extremely frustrating and I will never be using this company ACE or Travelocity.
