Cons:lower prices as per other companies. my fault for waiting. did not appreciate a phone call from the agency asking if all was good, during my trip. the staff was great though.
Pros:The staff was very friendly and the drop-off process was quick and easy.
Cons:Pickup took 50 minutes. I had a confirmed booking for an economy car, but after a long wait, I received a mini-van. The van had a significant amount of dog hair in the rear seat, and only a quarter tank of gas.

Pros:The staff at both the airport and downtown were courteous and helpful, but the set-up of site connections is misleading and expensive.
Cons:"Off site" should come with more explanation. Typically, I would expect a free shuttle to exist from the airport to the off-site location; insted it cost as much as the 3 day car rental itself...ridiculous.
Pros:price from Eugene Airport to Coos Bay was very fair and good for one day and different drop-off. The check out at Coos Bay was really really quick - with their iPad system. - I suggest that the Airport upgrades to that.
Cons:Price from Coos Bay pick up and to Eugene Airport was over twice as much just 2 weeks later. Did not seems fair at all. The check out at Eugene Airport was really slow and long - either the computers or the paperwork.
Pros:The unexpected pleasure of driving a brand new FIAT 500x made the trip a breeze (had to drive from Oregon to So Cal for thanksgiving) Thanks
