Pros:Airport drop fee was waved.
Cons:Reserved car was not available when I arrived.
Pros:Very easy to return the car. Was in and out in no time. Everyone was very nice. Very fast.

Cons:Car wasn't clean and also its was a smoker car. I was willing to over look because the service was excellent.
Pros:Fast service at both pickup and drop off. Pacifica seemed brand new and was very comfortable. Off site car rental was very close to the airport. I would definitely use Enterprise again based on this experience.
Pros:The person we dealt with picking up our car was friendly.
Cons:Getting our car took forever. Only 1 person there seemed to know what they were doing. They didn't have a car seat available for our daughter. The car was in poor condition and unsafe condition, the front tire looked like it was slashed which we didn't realize until we got to our destination. They had no transportation to and from the airport which makes no sense when they are located less than 2 miles from it so we had to pay to take a taxi both ways. Wouldn't get anything started for us over the phone as to make dropping off any smoother. Overall I would never recommend them to anyone. I highly disappointed,

Cons:I booked a car on Kayak with pickup from PBI to drop off at PBI (Palm beach airport). When I got to the airport I was surprised to find out that I was deceived and the booking was somewhere other then at the airport so I ended up having to pay much more then anywhere else to get a car! Never did I ever say that I wanted a pick up location other then the airport. NEVER on your site did it say that the booking was not at the airport! I will never book on Kayak again and I will make sure my friends don't either. Very wrong on you to bait and switch without being clear!
Cons:We never received a receipt, after twice being told we would get an email receipt.
Pros:While waiting for luggage, I was able to sign in at the airport. The preset price to refuel was a nice convenience
Pros:Never again would i use these jokers,, Booked a full size car. took the airport shuttle bus to the rental lot,, When i got to the counter they told me i needed to take an UBER to another lot as it was a different Enterprise Rent A Car,, Which they wanted me to pay for.. this location was few miles away for the Airport location... so much for the TV commercial of them coming to pick you up... that never happened either. Ended up going with another Rental Car Company after getting the run around for an hour with these losers,
