Pros:Very roomy and comfortable, easy to drive, excellent gas mileage.
Pros:My flight original flight was cancelled but when I finally arrived at 8:35 P.M. the employees kept the counter open until everyone was served. They are to be commended for staying late and working diligently to get every customer a car. They need more help!!!!
Cons:When someone rents a new vehicle, the Owners Manual should be available for use by the driver. This is especially helpful when you are picking the vehicle up after dark.
Pros:jackson hole was a mess because of a weather disaster. the people at enterprise were accommodating and helpful in a horrible situation.
Pros:we could bring the car back empty and she would not charge us for gas. so we choose this option
Cons:the car was not clean when we got it however the attendant said we could wait to have it washed and it would take about 20-30 minutes and she would get it cleaned up
