Pros:Very friendly and efficient staff, very near airport but saved 40% off airport rates for an extended rental

Cons:Having to find a ride from the airport. Walking would have been too far since the walk out of the airport to the street is quite far. The 3 blocks from the airport are not regular blocks,

Cons:2 locations for Enterprise making it confusing to visitors. The airport location would not honor the reservation made at a location a few miles away, so I had to take a $20 cab ride to pick up a car, even though they had the availability. They also refused to pick us up, even though they say in all their commercials that they will. the exterior of the car was a mess, and they did an inspection and said any new dings would be charged to me, but they skipped over a bunch of chips in the paint, dents, etc. I just hope they don't try to charge me for the pre-existing dings that they skipped for no apparent reason. All in all, it was a huge hassle and I would not rent from them again unless they changed their policies
Cons:I booked a 4:00 PM pickup through Kayak. When I arrived Saturday afternoon, I discovered that the Enerprise office was closed and would not open again until Monday morning. Moreover, my reservation (at a good price) had been deleted from the Enterprise reservation system because I had not picked up by their noon closing. Not a good experience. Kayak and Enterprise are not communicating well. Don't know who is at fault. Avis saved the day.
Pros:Friendly, helpful staff.
Cons:The car we reserved was not ready and we had to wait about 30 minutes for them to prep another one. Since we had reserved it online, it should have been available.
Pros:Proximity to the gate. Very close.
Cons:There was only one sign that indicated we needed to park in a spot, remember the # and then report the gas mileage to the agent. Enterprise was hard to find. Would be great if there was some map at the entrance to the lot or things were better color-coded or lit. Also, even though we gave the agent the requested information from the parking lot instructions, she still had to go and check out the car for mileage. It's annoying and inefficient. What...you don't believe us?
