Cons:I have been dealing with Enterprise for about ten years. Every year I rent a car from your company twice, but this will be the last time I deal with you. The service is from your customers who are very tired. They do not speak English, knowing that it is a global company. So that he does not answer, and if I answer, he does not speak English, sometimes two days, and does not answer. I have been waiting for the lease for a week and they did not send me the lease contract by e-mail. Nothing good.

Cons:We had to wait for a long time for the shuttle bus which takes us to the car rental parking to collect the car. We did not acerpt this long period and we had to cancel our booking.

Cons:1- They gave me a car with summer tires in the middle of winter. When asked, they said only more expensive cars have all weather tires. 2- Charged in Turkish Liras. I was quoted in Euros. 3- Charged deposit. 4- Had to ask for a full tank at pickup 5- Had to wait for 20 mins for someone to show up at booth for return.

Cons:The car was not in terminal as was written in the reservation, the lady in the office was very tough, we waited more than 10 minutes for a car that didn't come, at the end we cancelled the reservation

Cons:The whole thing was a ripoff. Enterprise did not follow through with the quoted price. They charged extra fees for a "deposit" and claimed it would be refunded after returning the vehicle, which it wasn't. They intentionally make it very confusing so you don't know what you're paying for and then they pretend like they don't speak english.

Pros:Conditions and specifications according to on line booking. Care 2017 clean and full of options. No glitch at all
Cons:The roads toll, I paid was high. They insisted it is all to road companies and they are not benefitting from it
