Pros:They dealt with the damage I had done accidentally to the car with dispatch and courtesy. Then they helped me ship a package by advising me where we could ship it at an office nearby AND drove us to the train station to catch a train!
Cons:The drop off was a little hard to find, and the office was just a little booth in a parking garage. But the staff made up for everything!

Cons:they gave me a car with only a partially full tank, told me it was my responsibility to bring it back at the same level... When I did so, they charged me for a couple gallons of gas! Very annoying.

Pros:Employees were very friendly. They got us in and out in great time. The car was a 2017 model, ran great, and was very clean (great gas mileage, too).
Cons:The insurance coverage was ridiculous and cost as much as renting the car for three days.

Pros:The agent who greeted us was friendly.
Cons:i booked at the providence downtown location which was walkable from Amtrak. When Enterprise called to confirm my reservation, they said " ok we'll see you tomorrow at our North Providence location." I informed them that that was a mistake, at which point they told me that the downtown location was closed. (even though Kayak allowed me to select that location.) The NP location was 20 minutes in the opposite direction of where i was going, so i had to rebook to another location. This added to my travel time and added $40 in uber expenses. When i arrived at the location to pick up the car, I was told they were out of the size of cars i selected and i would be charged more per day for a larger car.....even though i called the day before to verify. The car also smelled like smoke that had been sprayed over with air freshener. All in all, I ended up with a smelly car that i didn't want at a higher price i didn't want from a place I didn't want to go.
