The attendant was extremely considerate and very intent on my experience being excellent. I was very happy with the service.Cons:
The car could have been cleaner. There were dirty items in the back seat pockets that were missed from a previous rental. The distance was far from my home so the travel time took away from the value.10.0 Wonderful

Cons:
My only complaint, which appears to be a problem with the landlord vs with Hertz, is a complete lack of signage in the underground mall where they are located. The Hertz rental counter is very near the stairs down to the subway-level mall, off Park Rd (at the southeast corner of the building).National

I asked to pick up the car at the airport and the agency claimed that the pick up should be in the city otherwise the price will be increased! In addition the original price was not including insurance which cost me eventually around 500 CAD! So instead Of 780USD I Was charged 1800CAD! Read between the lines and verify everything 10 times before you book your car!2.0 Poor
