Great customer service by Angus, Tharshan (hope I spelled that correctly) and Sal at the 2345 Yonge / 9 Broadway location. They were very understanding as I had lost my drivers license and were able to adjust my reservation numerous times while I had to deal with Service Ontario to get a temporary one issued.
