The people. Sabin was very helpful. Omid also allowed me to check in before completing other tasks. When my door would not shut when I was leaving for work they immediately sent someone to work on it.
Lack of parking available near room. It snowed and had to park 1/2 block away.It is centrally located to shopping, restaurants and interstates. Rooms are a nice size and equipped with basics.
Not as tired and cleaner than it used to be.
Although renovated, I found my room lacking and very difficult to get a good nights sleep. The electrical outlet in the kitchen did not work, cold draft under front door, room lit bright all night from outside floodlights, loud traffic noise from highway.
The staff. Omid went out of his way to be sure I had everything I needed. He placed a call to be sure everything was correct with the room and he provided what was missing.
Sometimes parking near the room was an issue. The rooms have been remodeled and are very nice and efficient. It is located near multiple restaurants and shopping. Easy access to all main highways. I have stayed here multiple times in the past months and have been very pleased with my stays.
It was close to where I needed to be.
the room was miniscule, the bed was hard and the pillow cases were creased like they had been used previously. This was not the least expensive room, but it sure felt that way. I've been in closets bigger than the whole room. Overall it just felt cheep. The towels had something on them, looked like lint but whatever it was, it didn't belong. The pillow cases were creased like they hadn't been changed, and the bedding was rough. The bed was hard and uncomfortable, to the point that I had to leave in the middle of the night to find somewhere else to stay. I was expecting a more comfortable experience for the money. I was only there for one night, I can't imagine wanting to stay there for more than that.
The desk staff Omar and Sabir were wonderful. Because of the construction and remodeling my room was upgraded to a suite. I felt very special! All my concerns were addressed with positive outcomes.
I liked parking close to my room and with the volume that was not always possible. But I was always near! The staff were excellent. I wanted for nothing. The room was very nice. My husband appreciated the kingsized bed.wi-fi was a little tricky at times but someone was always willing to walk you through it, would stay again if the price was right. Would like to see the remodeled rooms.
Not friendly personal. Not enough parking lot for truck. Don not have microwave in lobby, when breakfast.
Location and desk clerk mr.Sabir he went out of his way to assist me and get things fixed in my room.
The refrigerator was not working. The first person I reported it to, did not do anything about it. The next day my frozen foods were defrosting! Could have been cleaner. I checked in on Sunday, my sheets were changed on Monday! Made no sense to meThe best part of the stay was Mr. Sabir. He even remembered me from a previous stay. Very pleasant!
