Pros:
I have been in Napa Valley for 6 months and have rented cars from Enterprise 6 different occasions. Sami was always pleasant and professional. That is a very busy car rental office and every time I was there it was busy and Sami and her Staff where always happy and eager to accommodate. YOU can always tell when a location has a good leader by the way the Staff treats their guests and their attitude. I have told all the associates and concierge to use and refer Enterprise Rent a Car on Soscol Road in Napa Valley. Love and will miss you Sami!!! Mary Beth Gualtieri10.0 Wonderful

Cons:
When offering driver protection, you think you are buying it from enterprise. But you are actually buying it on kayaks website separate from the rental car purchase. This is misleading because you think you are buying it from Enterprise when you are not. This is misleading at best and deceptive at worst. The CFPB should examine this practice. Note, this is not enterprise’s fault, this is kayaks poor customer experience.Avis

Pros:
I loved everything about our rental except that the previous renter may have been a smoker that the interior smelled of cigarettes. When I vacuumed the car before returning, I even found a marlboro. Other than that, the car ran perfectly for our trip to Tahoe and saved so much gas that we didn't have to pump once except to refill for the return to Avis. There were absolutely no problems and would rent from here again.Cons:

The agent called to tell me they wouldn't have the mini van we reserved online. She told me she hadn't seen a van in 3 weeks and there was another reservation that would trump mine. I had to make a reservation with another company that cost me $100 more. Then Avis called the next day to say that they did have a van, but it wouldn't be there in time for my reservation. I don't understand why there seems to be no communication between the website and the actual company, or why there is no communication between the employees at Avis. I'm very unhappy that I had to pay so much more money because the reservation was not honored.Hertz

Now I have to waste my time trying to fix being overcharged and there are no human beings with access to information as to why I was overcharged, Only robots and terrible call waiting music. Next time please just punch me in the face and/or kick me in the groin.10.0 Wonderful
