The rooms was clean and comfortable. The breakfast is great.
Nothing. It was all fine.
clean, good value
Clean and friendly
Very clean and fresh. Comfortable
Not a real big deal, but the shower head was stuck and couldn't be turned from a hard massage position to a regular shower.
Very clean and comfortable, set up very nice
The staff were really nice
Nice clean rooms. Staff was very helpful to meet our specific needs. Good breakfast, everything seemed to be well kept.
Clean room breakfast parking staff
Trying to read the tv remote .
close to shopping mall
hotel is clean but old, the bathroom need some repair. One of the floor tile came off and almost hurt my foot.
Nice selection at breakfast
Microwave broke in room. Loud fan in bathroom. Asked to have microwave fixed/replaced on first day to use during stay, never looked at.
you can't beat the location of this motel in Fargo
no everything was well kept Conley and what we expected
Liked just about everything. Stayed there a few times before and it's always been excellent.
Only thing was poor internet access
It's about as bad as you'd expect. We're only here out of necessity. Stinky, dirty, run by incompetent jerks in pajamas. Some poor kid had his money eaten by the vending machine and the jerk at the counter just ignored him.
The room had a bad smell and we couldn't figure out where it was coming from. The wifi was down during our stay.
Clean Quiet Complimentary breakfast
The lady we had when we checked in was WONDERFUL! She made the check in very easy and enjoyable.
There was a lady later that night working the desk who either was not having a good day or truly did not enjoy her day, my young children could not even walk past her quickly or talk loud without her glaring or making a remark about it. f
Check in was quick. The staff was friendly and the room was clean.
The layout of the breakfast area was frustrating. It was crowded and difficult to get to the items I wanted.
Breakfast was OK. Beds were comfortable
Mold in bathroom all along tub and shower enclosure was warped and looked like it would fall off wall. Breakfast area small and packed with workers who took all food. Had to come back for seating and when food was refilled.
Rooms were old, no laundry needs a remodel. I will not be staying here again.
Front counter staff.
No connecting rooms. Smelled like smoke even though it was a non smoking facility.
Good beds, pool, price, good breakfast with variety.
Furnace squawked constantly, shower head not good. Fine on cleanliness but felt more used than sparkling new.
Lobby personals were very helping. Breakfast was very good due to several options available.
It was not found the way website mentioned about three stars. However, it did not give any big surprise.
It was a place to sleep at a reasonable le price.
This is not a 2.5 star hotel in any shape or form. Compared to the other 2.5 star options available this hotel is a 2 at best.
Absolutely nothing. The hotel is very outdated and we'll worn.
I didn't like the 90 ' feel of it all. They don't put any money back into the property. Will never stay at a Days Inn again. I could have booked a room at a very nice newer hotel for just a few dollars more. I regret it.
Bed was comfortable, room was clean. Pool was decent. Whirlpool was very nice. Nice late hours (available until midnight). Housekeeping staff very nice.
No elevator, nor could they accommodate for main level room, although I had requested this prior to arrival due to medical necessity. I had been assured at time of the call that this would be able to be provided. Check in staff : needs different job.
The fridge..and jakuzzi.
Rude staff...the old lady @the breakfast bar was verrrry ruuude!
Close to mall and staff was friendly and efficient
was not a 2 1/2 star for sure. Cannot figure why it would be rated as such. It is a Day's Inn and in my travels do not remember very many Days Inn's being rated more than a 2. It was good for a 1 1/2 or low 2.
The hotel staff was nice, but clueless.
I arrived at the hotel at midnight. 1st room the lock was broken on my door. 2nd room smelled terribly like smoke and I didn't even receive a discount for the smoke filled room. The hotel is not 2.5 star level at all!!!
The beds were very comfortable. Shower was handicap accessible. It had free free internet without needing a passcode. Nice size bathroom.
It did not have an elevator. It was an older motel and needed updating. I could tell it had been a smoking room. The bathroom needed more hooks for hanging clothes. No microwave..
The hotel was clean and staff was friendly. It was also conveniently located by the interstate however it is not in the best area.
The beds were very uncomfortable and we slept poorly. Also the faucet in the bathtub fell off after shooting water behind it. We had to shower in a room on a different floor that had not been cleaned after the previous guest checked out.
The customer service was well above any hotel I have stayed at. They were extremely accommodating.
Rooms smelt as though someone had just smoked in room. But no just stained smells from walls and carpet
I liked that it had been currently updated, but just some things.
The pillows were uncomfortable.
Location was ok. Breakfast served.
No elevator. Staff seemed very disorganized. Stayed in much nicer hotels for less.
the staff was friendly
the room was dark and had too much air freshener to mask a musty odour in the room and hallways. The breakfast was awful. the hotel should NOT be rated 2.5 stars its more like a 1 star.
It was clean. It had been partially upgraded. The beds were very comfy. The breakfast was very sufficent.
Some of the decor was very dated-pictures on wall, furnishing. Paper cups make everything you drink taste awful.Should supply plastic or glass glasses.Had to go out and buy our own glasses.
Price and location
The pool is very small and not very clean.
I do not think this hotel is worthy of 2.5 stars. The staff that checked us in were rude. The hotel room and hallways smelled bad. There are much nicer/newer/cleaner hotels that are 2.5 stars. It definitely needs some updating. Will not stay here again.
Good location and inexpensive.
It should have been cleaner.
I am not a hotel snob by any means but there are a few things that are necessary for me to enjoy my stay. Cleanliness is important the room appeared clean but the smell was musty, dank and just overwhelming. The carpets were stained and needed a good shampooing. I always bring slippers with me to hotels but I felt it was a necessity here. I would not have walked on that carpet with out them. The room is really outdated and dark which I think doesn't help that yuck factor. My room was smoke free but there were others interspersed through out that were not smoke free so I could smell smoke in my room anyway. Skeevy is a word that pop into my mind when I walked in my room. The guests I would see in the hall and eating area kinda fit that description as well. On a positive note the front desk person was very polite and the bed comfort was not bad.
The outside is maintained - no garbage, green lawns. Inside is clean, quiet. Breakfast offers waffles, yogurt, bagels, donuts, coffee, apple juice, orange juice, toast, English muffins. Staff is very professional, answers questions, friendly, helpful. Housekeeping is awesome!!! Clean sheets, clean towels, nothing stained. Bathroom is extremely clean as well!! You have a coffee pot in your room, an iron, ironing board, blow dryer. It's very quiet - no police, no ladies of the evening, no drug dealers - unlike the dive across the street that is old, worn out, dirty, MIA housekeeping. In comparison, this place is second-to-none. Clean pool and Jacuzzi. Fitness room also clean. You get a lot for the price you pay! Rooms have a fridge and then you have a microwave in the lobby, which is awesome - saves on grocery bills while traveling! I cannot applaud this place enough!!!
