The staff was friendly. They didn't have what I requested so I got a free upgrade. Return was seamless and quick.Cons:
The pick-up explanation felt a bit rushed. He was throwing a lot of add-ons and numbers at me and I didn't really get a chance to process everything. The insurance I bought before pick-up was not through Enterprise. Theirs is different. That needs to made more clear.2.0 Poor

Cons:
The check oil light came on in the very expensive premium SUV I rented. I had to exit and stop at a gas station to check the oil. The oil was not even touching the full tube. It took two quarts of oil at $10 to make it right. Not a big deal, but a minor inconvenience. I thought Enterprise would simply reimburse me the $20 and make it right - they didn’t! A very pretty move... We were told by the represent that the only the store manager could make that call and he would call us to discuss. They never did. Terrible customer service a real shame to lose a customer over $20...3.6 Poor

Pros:
Pick up was ridiculous then got stuck in a compact car even though we was okay with upgrading. Car was very dirty on the outside. Drop of was way easier of course. And the insurance don't waste your time buying it on kayak because they tell you it doesn't actually cover anything. Just ridiculousCons:

Cons:
Pick up took forever. Car had hardly any gas in it when I picked it up. When I asked if I could drop off at airport you said you’d charge me $100 drop fee. I offered to pay $50 as a compromise but you said no way. Will not ever use enterprise again.Hertz

Drop off was quick and easyCons:
Had reservation, only one person being waited on in front of me. Still took 45 minutes to get my car which had just been started. As it was below zero, I had to drive the first 5 minutes in a very cold car. I didn’t expect this from Hertz2.0 Poor

My reservation was for 10:00 am. I was not able to pickup the car until 4:00 pm. After spending 45 minutes at location, I was not able to get a car rented. I have been a business traveller for 20 years; clearly my worst rental car experience.Sixt
