The hotel has been recently restored. All rooms have private bathrooms with built-in hairdryers, air conditioning, free wi-fi connection, sat-TV and direct-dial phones. The Nuova Italia is located in the center of Florence, within easy walking distance from main museums (Uffizi, Accademia, Medici Chapels, Pitti Palace, etc.- we make museum reservations ) and sights (the Cathedral/ Duomo, Church of San Lorenzo, Ponte Vecchio, etc.). Shopping is at hand (from the San Lorenzo food market and the inexpensive open-air flea market, to the luxury shopping of Via Tornabuoni).
