Had an issue at pick up BUT Avis costumer care was great had to change couple times and Avis costumer care was polite and swift it's not everyday you see a major company with high morals, great prices and excellent service THANK THANK YOU THANK YOUCons:
What I didn't like wasn't Avis fault it was a employees error and not the company plus employee might have a had an emergency so I'm not upset plus Avis costumer care was super fast in fixing the issueEnterprise Rent-A-Car

Pick up process was slower than expected. Car had stale smoke smell which wasn’t obvious when we picked it up because they had drowned it in a sickening sweet air freshener. Soon as that wore off, the smoke smell was there.9.2 Wonderful

The location. Seems as if they're accustomed to helping out 1 staffer who's worked for 2 years. He didn't know how to explain or provide a number of services.Cons:
Sales agent should've been knowledgeable about basic tasks. Some had to show him how to look up my account & two other basic functions all after I waited on him to finish eating & clean his teeth. Quite gross & not professional. He was curt.5.2 Fair

I was sent to a pick up location that had been closed for years. Had to travel 10 miles to another location, then told I wasn’t in their system so no car available. Thank goodness Budget was right next door.2.0 Poor

Staff in Jackson never answered the phone. We were getting in at 11:15PM and it said the booth closed at 11. Call all day to confirm and no one picked up. When we returned the car, we were charged double the price of what we rented it for. Horrible experience.6.8 Okay

I liked the efficiency of service, the car was ready. It was a great experience. The rental process was hindered by the overly flirty associate.Cons:
The associate was unprofessional. He asked me where I was going, where I worked, make comments about my appearance. When I asked him what was his purpose, he stated it was apart of his job. I came to get a car, not to be harassed at the counter by a hormonal college student. He thought my irritation was funny. He and the female associate next to him. It was not.Easirent

The SUV that I reserved was not available which made me later than I was expecting which basically pushed a lot of other things to be later than expected; then I was charged for another day rental although the guy at the airport said that I should not have been charged for extra day. I was not compensated at all for them not having the 7 passenger vehicle with 2 bags SUV that I reserved! Pathetic2.0 Poor

I was charged an additional $30+ For an “upgrade” that I neither requested, nor was told about at the time of pickup. The only reason I even realize I was being charged additional amount is because I begin my charges just prior to return. When I mentioned the eronious charge upon return, the gentleman who received the car said I can go directly inside before the rental was closed out and they could resolve the issue. When I went inside they gave me a one 800 number to call and said they couldn’t help me at the counter. In the end, the one 800 number rep did fix the issue and refund the additional amount, but per the rep it will take approximately 3 to 5 business days to receive the refund to my card. I also wasted an hour of my time dealing with the counter and phone reps.Cons:
The underhanded way the counter wrapped charge me for the upgrade but never told me, or mention the additional charge to me. This is the same counter rep at that told me I had to go to the one 800 number to fix the issue.Payless

Had reservation for pickup at 8pm. Got there 10 minutes after 8pm to find out they closed at 8pm. Poor communication and should not allow for reservation to be scheduled at closing time.3.2 Poor

Scheduled pick up for 8pm. They closed at 8pm and no one was able to assist me with rental. I had to cancel and order another car last minute through a different company. I had to pay more and lost 2 hours of time. Called Bridget Whiteman, the supervisor, and she recommended I wait until the next morning to pick up the car. Very poor service and would not recommend.Thrifty
