Pros:

Good car. Pleasant staff.

Cons:

Pick up process was slower than expected. Car had stale smoke smell which wasn’t obvious when we picked it up because they had drowned it in a sickening sweet air freshener. Soon as that wore off, the smoke smell was there.

Never got a car, so nothing to like.

Cons:

I was sent to a pick up location that had been closed for years. Had to travel 10 miles to another location, then told I wasn’t in their system so no car available. Thank goodness Budget was right next door.

Cons:

The SUV that I reserved was not available which made me later than I was expecting which basically pushed a lot of other things to be later than expected; then I was charged for another day rental although the guy at the airport said that I should not have been charged for extra day. I was not compensated at all for them not having the 7 passenger vehicle with 2 bags SUV that I reserved! Pathetic

There was only one employee at the counter and the line was ridiculous to start off when I got the car it smelled like marijuana at the top of all you guys price gouge for gas charging 1099 a gallon without notice there was no transparency in regards to how much you guys charge for gas I will never again use this company!

All staff where helpful and friendly.

Cons:

Drop off add on fees were ridiculous. I understand some are pushed by the city and airport but it's financial rape of a captive audience.
