I just live the rooms with all the lamps for plenty of lighting
Ants and roaches in bathroom. Attendant gave us last room furthest from elavator. When plenty other rooms available. Breakfast was horrible.
Very friendly staff. Rooms were basic, but clean. Beds were comfortable, and the hotel was quiet.
It was close to the location we needed to be at so drive time was minimal. Staff was friendly & breakfast was ok but the cookies were great! The staff gave us lots of towels & shampoo/lotion & left us alone as requested. Close to Target.
Bed/pillows extremely hard (we were there 5 nights & I didn't get any real sleep).Walls are thin-heard others talking/walking around. Jacuzzi was chipped & no bath mat inside/outside fell into it & bruised elbow/knee. No overhead lights -all lamps.
Close to a lot of place to go to.
Location was perfect for our trip, and breakfast was great for the kids.
Evening staff was rude. Rooms were just ok. Pool and hot tub were closed.
Location was perfect for our travel plans. We wanted a place near I-20 southwest of Fort Worth. Check in and check out was quick and proficient. Room was very clean and spacious. Great place for spending a night. Breakfast was very good too.
Everything was good.
Clean, well managed, professional and courteous staff.
Location is a little too far south of Fort Worth
Very nice staff. They were very understanding of our situation and offered to help any way they could
Love the bed and amenities.
If you need internet, this is NOT the motel for you. I asked about why it was so slow and intermittent. I was told they were trying to get it fixed. But 3 days later, it was exactly the same.
Friendliness of staff, lobby, location, television channel package.
Internet very intermittent. And the bath room in room 327. It had been damaged and poorly repaired.
Free breakfast was good. Lot of choices to choose from compared to others. Good Location. Lot of eateries around by.TV was okay.
Free Internet, forget about it. Pathetic. Rooms are not that clean they did not smell fresh, for a 8+ rated hotel. Linens did not seem to be fresh.
Great location, but far enough of highway to be quite. Way better than average breakfast.
No hot tub broke green water had been broke a long time we go to hotels my wife has a neck injury to use hot tub this seems to be a regular problem with hotels on this site
The back side of the motel did not have security cameras. They would have been very helpful in identifying the individuals who STOLE our trailer and contents (total valuation - almost----) from that area during our stay.
Location to my destination
My TV did not work and there was no way of having it fixed. However, the hotel staff tried several times tk troubleshoot the issue.
Worst internet of all time
The carpet was DIRTY and had a musty odor. They put us in a handicapped room close to the elevators. I feel we were put in this level of room because we paid through priceline. I was NOT satisfied. I did complain about the dirty carpet and odor.
how they were in a total renovation in lobby area and priceline didn't forwarn this info. Entrance in back of building. no bar or area for breakfast. Very dusty.
Being remodeled, put us in smoking room when reserved non smoking
This hotel is my favorite choice when I travel to the Colonial each May.
the breakfast was the best choice of any i have seen for the express hotel chains. the bed was nice and comfy. the accomodation was fabulous for the price. nothing was amiss. front desk was friendly and housekeeping was good.location is very good for shopping downtown and fit my every need.
Our King-size room was great & the complimentary breakfast was the best we've had. Hotel staff was very accomodating & helpful.
I spent a total of 60 days/nights at this location and can honestly say that this is a well run hotel. From the manager down to the cleaning staff, everyone was helpful and very thoughtful in dealing with me and my family. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. And the warm cookies every afternoon are a super treat. Feel free to book this hotel with confidence that you will enjoy your stay. I would stay here again and again. Thanks to all the staff. Mark
I stay here one weekend a month in a junior suite and continue to choose this hotel for its value, comfort, and convenience. The junior suites are large, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. The accomodations boast a flat screen TV, a sofa, numerous electrical outlets, above average pillows, high end towels, and - most importantly - a comfortable bed with a sumptuous comforter. Free in-room WiFi completes the sanctuary. The hotel is located within a retail complex replete with abundant dining and shopping options, all within walking distance. The breakfast buffet tries hard, is relatively extensive, and attempts to include more protein options instead of the typical toast and muffin defaults - but with limited success. A place for improvement - the powdery scrambled eggs and pale, unappetizing sausage patties are resoundingly institutional and unappealing. An iHop is a 3 minute walk should you prefer a more robust breakfast option. 24/7 coffee (which needs to be ''kicked up a notch'') and cookies adds a welcome touch. I brought my wife on the past weekend and she, too, was impressed. The staff is both friendly and responsive. The hotel has become almost my home away from home.
This hotel was only a 15 minute drive from Sundance Square (well, on Sunday AM). We found it to be clean , very comfortable, friendly and served a great breakfast buffet.
MY HUSBAND AND I STAYED IN A WHIRLPOOL ROOMFOR ONE NIGHT OF OUR HONEYMOON. THE BED WAS WONDERFUL..VERY COMFORTABLE. ROOM WAS VERY LARGE. BATHROOM LARGE, CLEAN. 2-PERSON WHIRLPOOL WAS AMAZING!! DEFINITELY WOULD STAY HERE AGAIN.
