Check in was easy. Friendly agent. Return to rent a car center was a breeze- follow airport signs and not goggle maps once you get to the airport. Car return agent was friendly. Walked across street to southwest terminal for flight.Reviewed Sep 27 2023

Pros:nice vanCons:charged for full tank was only supposed to pay &3.99 pet gallon for what was needed to fill up. needed only about 6 gallons so should have been charged about $25 not almost $80 which is about 19 gallons. i have been on hold with fox for almost an hour to resolve and still holdingReviewed May 3 2021
