Check in was easy. Friendly agent. Return to rent a car center was a breeze- follow airport signs and not goggle maps once you get to the airport. Car return agent was friendly. Walked across street to southwest terminal for flight.Reviewed Sep 27 2023

They didn't have a car when we arrived. They said they couldn't refund because we had prepaid. After waiting and being downgraded to compact from SUV, they said they couldn't refund even that portion with "approval from management". We have yet to receive any communication from "management."
