Pros:The pickup process took 45 mins to an hour and there was only one person ahead of us, the agent was rude and the car wasn't ready for pickup and the car was missing the volum adjuster on the radio. But the worst part was, that I was required to pay liability insurance that was almost the same price as the car rental. A one day car rental with liability car insurance was almost $1,000 peso. For one day, uber would have been cheaper and a much better was to go, rather than renting a car. However, when we returned the car there was a different agent and he was much, much more polite and friendly.
Pros:quick and had enough cars but had to be in early for that..

Cons:Wish total amount be disclosed(including taxes, fees, insurance)right at the time of reservation. Especially when the added costs are substantial. Makes for better planning of your overall vacation costs. This Airport, like many others extremely busy. Traffic was somewhat heavy right at the drop-off/pick-up area
Cons:$578.00 turned out to be $900.00 in fees,plus had to wait almost 3 hrs because they didnt have my veichle ready

Pros:Charges were exactly as originally quoted, staff was very nice and very accommodating!
Cons:The reservation price online was different from the price given at the counter. I had to wait about an hour to get to the counter. All other clients were getting irritated at the fact that the price was different. There was only 2 employees. We were picked up at the airport but were packed like sardines inside the van. We ended up cancelling the reservation and rented outside the airport instead with much better service.
