The rooms are quite, clean, and up to date. That staff is extremely friendly and welcoming.
Good value. Beach view is wonderful from the end of 3rd floor we were in 323 or 4th and above. I paid $115 a night and would be a good value up to $150. Beds are comfortable and rooms are nice with beach view with balcony. I had a 2 queen bed stay. I like the fact that it is only 8 floors compared to the extremely large San Luis next door; however you cannot swim at the pool at San Luis just spend $$
Elevators are slow, but be patient you are on vacation. Who watches TV and talks about internet connections? Pool is small and full of kids, but I spent $$ next door at San Luis and asked for a guest pass for myself and didn't use their pool just the ocean for me. They need a fresh water shower for washing before entering property!!!
The view and that's about all.
Front door is outside, you get soaked and its a wind tunnel. Rude staff. Door was broken and we spent over an hour waiting for the "maintence man" to fix it. All which caused us to miss the show we were trying to catch because we weren't able to change. Never again.
It was very loud. Doors in room are terrible. Wind noise comes thru both doors. Elevators are extremely slow. Not worth $50 a night let alone the $180 a night that I paid. It's a dump.
The staff was very friendly and the bed was super comfortable.
The cable continuously went in and out. Pretty much no internet signal. The air conditioner unit is extremely loud you will wake up every time it turns on!
location to the beach
we were told we would be in a room with 2 queen beds. We were given 2 full beds. This made our sleep stay very uncomfortable. We were on the first floor, no view and the bar music was so loud we couldn't sleep until the music stopped.
Good value, comfortable beds and lots to do at the San Luis resort complex.
Noise from the band at the bar went until 2am.
The staff immediately started the welcome of staying to a great start. The room was great, easy to upgrade upon request. The hotel has a great restaurant as well.
Wished the pool was bigger. So disappointed there was no hottub (a place to get away from all the screaming kids and plashing you in the face).
Decent view of the Gulf.
Old, and felt not up to date.
