This hotel doesn’t recognize or understand Bonvoy Elite Status. Hotel restaurant was closed, but there is no sign indicating such. Further, none of the employees knew if/when the restaurant would be open.

Cons (-) Signage says to use the thermostat on the wall, but it was malfunctioning. The maintenance man told me he would replace it, but in the mean time use the controls on the unit. The thermostat wasn’t replaced in the week I was there.
