Cons:
They told us the tank was full, it was below half. When I tried to call the location, no answer. We had to return it with a full tank or risk paying ten dollars a gallon. Also the gas tank cover had been rigged closed, when we got gas it would not shut all the way. We again tried to call the location and no answer.10.0 Wonderful

The staff seemed overwhelmed with the two staffers which took some time to be attended on site and when i called them up to extend my rental contract through the end of October as I was on hold for almost one hour and my call was also terminated so I called them right back until someone answered my call.Cons:
Be honest with the actual time frames, leaving someone unattended and on hold for such a long time is simply not good at all.10.0 Wonderful

Pros:
awesome staff. only one person there for check in so had to wait about 15 minutes. But everything was great. I will definitely use again when I need a car.Cons:
hours of operation limited and staff limited due to pandemic. But they were awesome working around this issue. Great experience.7.6 Good

The staff was very friendly and helpful - even when I arrived very close to 6 pm. The vehicle was clean and in great shape, the paperwork was fast and easy to complete.Cons:
It could have been catastrophic that I rented a van, but a large SUV was cheerfully presented to me when I arrived as though I would consider it an upgrade; the van came back damaged. When you need a van, you need a van so I think a customer should be called about something like this and given the chance to say fine, I'll take the SUV or please find and get me a van from a nearby location. I worked with the SUV but it was a startling surprise. Also, I didn't like the street I had to leave my car on much - not visible to Enterprise due to a wall or bushes, and it was dark.8.8 Very good
