The staff was extremely helpful and pleasant, and the breakfast very good.
Great location, easy river access (we raft from Gold Hill and get out right at the boat ramp across from the hotel) Country feel. Very nice staff, clean, large rooms, good breakfast, safe, quiet area, new Mexican place across parking lot was very good.
Nothing, we stay here twice a year and are always very pleased.
Employes were helpful
Room was dusty secound floor no elevator view was terrible and I believe I saw a cockroach
The staff was very friendly and was there when u needed anything.
That there wasnt more comfortable chairs in the room or that they didnt recline.
The breakfast was really nice. Eggs, sausage, fresh waffles, fruit, etc. Coffee was just alright, but I'm a bit of a coffee snob!
The carpets had quite a few stains. I didn't feel comfortable walking in the room without my slippers
Simplistic instructions and assistance. All staff friendly and welcoming.
Accomodating room. Good WiFi. Got a good night's sleep.
The carpeting in the hallway and in the room appeared quite old or something.
THE BEST PART WAS THE SMOOTHNESS OF CHECKING IN. I WAS COMING FROM ONE DIRECTION AND MY SON COMING FROM ANOTHER. ALL WENT SMOOTH. EVERYONE WAS POLITE! I WILL STAY AGIN
THERE IS CARPET ON THE STAIRS AND HALLWAYS NEEDS EITHER DEEP CLEANING OR SERIOUS REPLACEMENT
Clean, spacious and it had all the amenities I needed. Breakfast was superb.
The only challenge was a strange smell from the air conditioner but management was right on top of it and it was gone when we came back to our room.
Breakfast was good.
The hotel required a fee have a room with two beds, no elevator to get to the 2nd floor. Put us at the far end of the hotel - air conditioner didn't work. Too was too warm for sleeping.
Beautiful rooms, granite counters, comfy beds, ample pillows and towels! high end soaps that smelled like heaven. Delicious breakfast, scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, biscuits and gravy, excellent coffee. superb.
cant think of anything!
The staff was helpful and the breakfast was great for both the kids and adults. Internet wi-fi service was great in the room. Comfortable enough for a night!
We booked online and ended up paying extra upon arrival because we needed 2 queen beds to accommodate us as I had made clear online. I was not happy about that and felt it should have been split or comped as I was specific on the reservation.
Nice locale within town.
Police were interrogating people all night in adjacent room.
Clean, close to highway, hot breakfast, free parking
really thin wall, can hear other people pretty easily. pillow is a bit too hard
Great brkst. They opened the hot tub early just for us at 8am. Very accomodating.
The Breakfast was good.
The room was so outdated, the phones were from the 70's, the furniture was from the 70s. I just didn't think it met the expectation of a 3 star. The staff was alright.
There was complete accommodation for my needs.
The presentation of the room was slightly sloppy because of inattention to the bedskirt. Though minor, this showed some lack of attention to overall ambience.
The room was spacious, and except for the floor it was clean.
The carpets need to be replaced. They are filthy.
