The pool was awesome. Large pool with Luke warm water. The hot tub was great.
I found a bug in my room. I am unsure what it was. The staff didn't check to let me know what it was. I took all the precautions and switched to a new room. I cleaned everything in their machines and sprayed everything before I left.The staff was great. They were very nice. They didn't really seem to do much about the bug, but with so many people coming in and out I can see how it would happen. They did apologize about it but its not really their fault. I stayed an extra night because the pool was great and I wanted to clean all my stuff. It was overall a great hotel and I am sure they will take care of the issue with the room. They seemed surprised so it must not happen much or at all there.
The room was very efficient. It was very convenient to the facility I needed to go on Kent Island, in Maryland.
The outside entrance.I would surely recommend this Hotel.
The front desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. The check-in process was quick and smooth. She was able to switch us from a smoking to a non-smoking room with no questions.
The elevator was grungy and smelly. It reeked of stale cigarette smoke.The hotel was a pleasant surprise. We usually avoid Best Western but this experience may have us reconsidering that in the future. The value for the cost was great. The only downside was there were stains on one of the chairs in our room and the finish on the coffee table was worn where past guests had propped their feet on the edge. the bed was comfortable and the room was very clean.
location and room size. Shower was nice. Carpets old. bed was nice. Overall though kind of a nice dump. Will not likely stay there again.

Easy access from highway
Front desk personal. Age and condition of room was not 2 1/2 star worthy.Not a good experience, one of the worst we have had using Priceline. We were given a 4th floor room that faced the highway at about the same elevation with that 4 lane, busy road. We were directed by the front desk woman to drive to the far end of the building, use the exterior elevator, and then found ourselves walking the entire length of the building back to our room which was adjacent to the interior elevator that was located in the lobby where we checked in. It was obvious that there were many unoccupied rooms available since all rooms faced an exterior walkway running the length of the building for access. It was late and we left at 4:30AM so did not try to get changes made. Seems that bidding on rooms has brought more of this type of treatment recently compared to using that method in years past.
Location was great. Water view was great but I didn't like having to pay extra for it. Breakfast was very nice
Swimming pool was out of commissionHotel could use some updating. The air conditioner was rather loud but it was clean and tidy.
Room needs updating. Bathroom need to be overhauled.Needed to stay here for the location. That was great. Service was also great. Hotel seems old --- not very bright and cheery. Could not get wi if to work.
The hotel is conveniently located across the street from several great restaurants.
The rooms could use a little updating.The location of the hotel is excellent, but the rooms could use some updating. There are two other hotels, Holiday Inn Express and Hilton Garden Inn, that Priceline somehow has in the same star category (2 1/2 stars) that are much nicer properties. If I were to stay on Kent Narrows again, I would opt to pay a few more dollars for a more updated and nicer room.
The hotel was not a 2.5 star hotel, and the room did not feel clean.Don't expect the hotel to be as nice as a typical 2.5 star hotel.
