Pros:
Nothing. Received call 32 minutes before time to pick up car. Agent stated that they did not have a car for me but I could call another Enterprise location in another city. No further assistance offered except to say he was sorry. Enterprise were never see or hear from me again. Second time with bad experience with Enterprise.Cons:

We have been going to this hertz for the last couple of years. The manager is always so easy to talk to and always seems to want to give us the best deal. I love coming here :).10.0 Wonderful

Pros:
Pick up and drop off were easy. We were moving across several states and couldn't afford the $800 drop off fee for a moving van going one way so we decided to rent a van and take what we could. Not only was the price $1100.00 cheaper, they also had cargo vans so we were able to get almost everything in the one trip. We were able to use our debit card for the transaction and the final bill was the price I was quoted (they did have an extra $200 deposit that was deducted once the van was returned). Overall it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend using this service.9.2 Wonderful

Pros:
the vehicle was great! new model, comfortable, peppy, road and drove like a dream! The Hertz attendant gave me road info that helped me greatly!Cons:
The Nissan was missing an antenna! not good when driving 7-10 hrs straight. Luckily it has satellite radio The return process at ABE airport was not good. There was no attendant at the return site and I had to go in the terminal for final return of keys and paperwork. I think ABE site will improve because they said the return area was under new construction10.0 Wonderful

The car was impeccable fresh and clean, comfortable. good mileage, ready at the time appointed, AND had serious radio... We have just booked another Kayak reservation for this weekend.10.0 Wonderful

The representative was extremely friendly. She took time to explain all the details as well as any additional charges we incurred. She gave us a vehicle nicer than we expected which make the trip we planned even better.Cons:
With a debit card, I did have to pay a deposit, but the deposit was less than other companies we checked with and it is returned to the customer shortly after the return of the vehicle.Avis
