the hotel staff was very good
the airconditioner in the room did not work properly
Friendliness, service and professionalism of entire staff. Location near the park, river, metro and resturants, away from down town area.
Friendly people, smiling and always available for help
I received a very warm welcome and the staff were very helpful and polite. The hotel was charming and comfortable. The pool was clean and well-maintained.
The room service that I ordered was hopeless. It was an hour late, even though I phoned a couple of times and the food was cold.
The hotel was a bit old but fairly well kept up. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The English skills of the staff, as would be expected, was somewhat limited but was always able to get the point across. Even had one waitress teaching us Chinese.
The beds, as in all Chinese hotels I've stayed at, were kind of hard.
