Proximity to the University of Massachusetts was exceptional
Bath tub didn't drain well
Price was reasonable.
The only rooms available were smoking. While I appreciated the low cost, no one should have to stay in a smoking room - I don't think they should offer rooms that might be offensive to some people - what if one of us suffered from asthma?Several college sports teams were staying and there was no room to sit for breakfast.
Location,Check out time
Hair clogging shower drain was disgusting and toilet ran, wouldve been an annoyance if staying more than the one night

Breakfast was terrible!!Over all great stay. Breakfast was awful. Go out to eat!
Clean, quiet. Convenient to destination. Breakfast included.
Room was dark; only one small window and 'green' lighting provides only limited light. Bed was soft and sagging - probably past its useful life.Overall good hotel for the money. Beds are somewhat on the worn side.
Location was excellent. They also offered complimentary umass Amherst hockey/basketball tickets if you ordered them 3 hours before the game. Free breakfast was good for the price. muffins, coffee, juice, bagels.
beds were a little springy. would be nice with a few more pictures on the walls they were a bit plain.Location was about 2 miles from Umass Amherst. right next to Staples, Applebys, target, best buy and easy to find. Rate was great and we were offered the choice or 1st or 4th floor. Staff were very accommodating with directions and information. Separate toilet and sink was good. Free breakfast was nice and TV out in the lobby. Gym was a nice bonus.
no internet as promised and no adjustment to charges.
The location was convenient to Amherst and Northampton.
The room wasn't cleaned every day and when it was, they didn't clean the bathroom-they just changed out the towels. The shower curtain was broken so we had water everywhere and the bed was very uncomfortable. In general, this hotel looks old and sad. This hotel is very old and depressing to be in- it is not equivalent to Holiday Inn Express, as stated by Priceline. It should be in the 1-star category. Everything is old, broken and smelly and the maid service was inconsistent.
