The hotel was clean and the staff nice. I also enjoyed the gym.
I was signed up for rewards without my permission, the sheets were too thin, and the tub was badly stopped up.
The bads and room was very comfortable. The breakfast was good and the kids loved the pool and hot tub.
The bathroom could have been a bit cleaner, but it was acceptable.
The staff was very courteous
The breakfast selections were very limited
My family and myself needed a room to sleep in traveling back to Orlando, we found the room online and it met all of our needs.
Everything was fine
The complimentary breakfast was really nice, abundance of tv channels in the room, noon checkout time, etc...
The elevator stopped working. Only ONE elevator in hotel, for both guests and hotel staff. Also, the elevator walls were dirty.
Extra special THANKS!! to hotel employees for keeping our stay comfortable and fun!!
Does the pool really HAVE to close at 10? :(
The woman who is there in the mornings til at least check out time is really sweet.
AC wasn't very powerful, hairs were stuck to our towels before use, housekeeping doesn't care that they wake you by banging the vacuum against the walls of the room next to you, checkout could be a tad later but I knew the checkout time when I reserved.
Nice breakfast buffet. Very friendly staff
I stay here frequently and have always loved this hotel.
Traffic is always a night mare.
It was convenient for a 1 night stay. The King bed room had a mini refrigerator which was nice time keep some leftovers and cold drinks.
The refrigerator was not cold until I located and adjusted the temperature dial that was located in the back end covered by wood furniture.
The staff are super friendly.
Yes the beds were so uncomfortable and very thin walls could hear everything!!!
Noise. Although the people in the next room were not being loud and raucous, we could hear their conversations loud and clear. The level of noise was thus quite high, making it difficult to go to sleep.
Clean, pleasant rooms, good beds. The facility as a whole is very nice, new, and well maintained.
The hotel was clean.
Heard noise from our neighbors room. Very thin walls.
You can hear everything through the walls I had a guy snoring right behind my head. The dogs and kids would run up and down the hallway. And a group checked in late and decided to have drunken conversations in the hallway
Room was clean and did offer breakfast.
When called after booking through priceline to inquire about 2 double beds vs. king bed, the desk said I would have to ask priceline about that!! Then, they charged our credit card for the room after we had paid through priceline.
The breakfast buffet was bare bones minimum. Need to improve choices or do away with it.
