Great place to stay. Friendly Staff; Very clean room! The beds were very comfortable. Reasonably priced for no frills place. Good location very quiet. The rooms decor was a little outdated. Nice staff, remodeled rooms with smoking option, quiet location. The place was peaceful, tidy, and nice owners.. the pics on here are old the rooms are renovated with flat screen tvs. Hot water, clean, no bugs in room, front desk clerk was polite, check in went well with reservation, no hassle getting deposit back at checkout. Smooth all around. The people are very friendly, it's clean and very quiet. What u get is what you see. Just a quick night stop while traveling for friends. The whirlpool tub worked and the gentleman at the front desk was polite. The Customer Service was great and our beds were very comfortable and the room was very clean. Everything was Clean and check in was very easy and pleasant. Always clean. Great mattresses. Spotless bathtubs. Clean and quiet. A gem..great room great location..out the way. Comfortable bed. Horrible services , mold in the bathroom , black spots on the sheets. Non smoking room reeked of stale tobacco smoke. Dirty bathroom. Hair on toilet, etc. Rooms a little musty. Room reeked of cigarettes. The sheets and pillows were dirty and had cigarette burns. The rooms can be in better shape and update the decor of the room. I paid for suit but stayed n regular room. How small the tv was and room had a bad smell when first arriving. The room lack luster especially for the price. The cold water handle for the whirlpool tub was already off when we checked in. The bathroom door gets severely jammed when you close it. There was obvious mold and a horrible repair job done on the whirlpool tub on the outside wall near the hot water handle. The AC/heater unit was INSANELY loud!!! Even though I on the low setting. No way anyone could comfortably sleep with that kind of noise. The bed was hard and not comfortable to lay down on. This facility is a rip off. I book a room for the night, only to get there and find out they have no electricity. The whole building was pitch black. They won't refund my money. Room had not been upkept. Battery on lock was dead. Room had musty odor. Bottle of Febreeze provided with the room. Floor not solid and creaked. Bedspreads not consistent with hotel stays. No toilet paper on roll. Not a true water view or access to water to walk. I figured for the price I paid it would have been far better. I wish I could get my money back. I would have gone elsewhere after seeing room but they don't offer any refunds. Management does not allowed to park your vehicle in front of your room's entrance door. Figure this out. wifi, the wife did not speak even though she saw me enter the room, she took off running! The man didn't seem that friendly either come to think of it. Weird acting couple.. The smell of lobby and room. The lobby smelled of some type of food. The room smelled of long term cigarette smoke. I was told no issues with insects by front office. I experienced 2 nice size roaches in bathroom entrance. I feel like this isn’t the best part of town. Random people in the parking lot at all times during the night. Didn’t feel my personal property was safe in the car. The cleanliness, and the multicolored lights were not good. Hair everywhere. Jacuzzi was leaking in bathroom only one knob on jacuzzi.when has jacuzzi in room expect very kept jacuzzi. Had to wash before using. The beds were a bit hard. Old and smelly rooms. It took a couple of times to find the main entrance. And the water didn't get hot in the hot tub (sink & tub hot water ok). No WiFi. the bedbugs.
