The one bedroom oceanfront condo unit has a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen sofa bed in the living room , a queen bed in the second bedroom, a full kitchen, two bath, tso large lanais, overhead plantation fans in every room, cable T/V and VCR and a washer and dryer in the unit. We also have a lovely large pool and jacuzzi and Webber gas grills at the Cliffs Resort. The unit comes completely furnished with all kitchen appliances including dishwasher, built in microwave over stove, coffee maker, toaster, blender, dishes and flatware. All linens are also furnished including an extra set if needed. The unit is also fully equipped with a digital CD, tape player and radio combination with surround sound that plays CD's, CD-R's and CD-RW discs in addition to tapes.

Our condos at The Cliffs are nestled on 22 acres of paradise overlooking the beautiful blue Pacific Ocean. This beautiful one bedroom oceanfront unit has a spacious 1,100 square feet of living space with a very large master suite with a king bed, microwave unit, table and chairs, full tub and shower, and a private lanai facing the green mountains and waterfalls, Bali Hai, and the famous Kauai sunsets. The spacious living room and kitchen side of the unit faces the blue Pacific Ocean where you have an unobstructed view of the ocean. The living room, with a Queen-size sofa-bed in the living room, separate dining area, and fully equipped kitchen, also has a large oceanfront lanai facing East to the morning sunrises, with a great view of the Pacific Ocean. A second full bath with tub and shower is located next to the main living room area. As guests at The Cliffs, you are entitled to golf discounts on all North shore courses, including the world class 27-hole Makai Course (ranked 5th in the Islands) and 18- hole Prince Course which is ranked number one in Hawaii Golf Digest. The Cliffs features four tennis courts, a large pool, two Jacuzzi's, and a spa. The facility also includes a putting green and sand bunker, recreation room, BBQ area both at the pool and in the lovely Gazebo overlooking the blue Pacific.
