Nothing, I didnt stay there. They gave my room to someone else.

Hilton booked me in an oversold hotel. After traveling 11 hours I showed up and they said i had no room! I paid for 2 nights in advance and it was PAID for. How could Hilton do this? I am a HiltonHonors member, being a member doesn't mean much to them, where is the loyalty? They gave my paid for room to someone else and told me to go find another hotel. UNBELIEVABLE!!

Unfortunately due to a late flight, I got in at almost 3:00 AM. They put me on the 26th floor. They didn't tell me there would construction starting on the 26th floor at 8:00 AM. It was terrible. The hotel was not sold out either... It was loud and very difficult to try and get that extra 30 minutes of sleep I needed...

The location and the cleanliness of the hotel is great. The lobby is stylish, the room was clean and comfortable, and even our most basic room had a great view of the harbor. Overall we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The restaurant at the top of the north tower has a brilliant scenic lift ride, and the views from the top while you dine are gorgeous. The food, while a little expensive, was excellent, and the martini's were delicious! We had free use of the pool, though I would point out that it is often filled with children, including the hot tub. Towels are provided and the changing rooms have a sauna and a steam room. When we discovered that our room did not come with WiFi after all, we explained that we had booked the hotel with internet connectivity in mind for business purposes, and we were given access free of charge. The WiFi is good, and stable enough to make VOIP calls.

Although this is a luxury hotel, we found amenities we expected to be included in our price were in fact excluded. Our room did not include breakfast, and breakfast separately was an incredibly overpriced buffet. Luckily there are better places to eat nearby, including the Cocoberry cafe a little bit up the street from us. We booked under the impression we would be getting WiFi in our room, only to discover that it was an added extra we could upgrade to. The hotel was advertised to us as one that included free WiFi, which is incredibly deceptive. The only free WiFi available is in the lobby, and even then it is only for an hour a day! We also did not have a fridge in our room. Even basic and budget hotels these days tend to include WiFi, fridge facilities, and even breakfast, so it was a little bit disappointing to say the least, and doing without a fridge is a great inconvenience to people who need to refrigerate medical supplies such as insulin. Worst of all, when we asked for an ice bucket for chilling champagne, we were told we could upgrade to have a fridge put in our room, or we could use the waste basket instead! I understand that the staff cannot forego hotel policy and do the best they can otherwise, but the opportunities taken to scrounge more money out of us is distasteful. Upselling should never make a customer feel like they are being screwed over if they choose the less expensive option.

Stayed for business at the convention center down the street.  When the car dropped me off from the airport with all my luggage I was excited to get into the hotel and go to sleep after a grueling day of flights.  The driver placed all my luggage on the front curb.  It was a Friday night and many people were walking around dressed up for the evening leaving and entering the hotel, I stood there disheveled with all my luggage waiting for a doorman or a bellman to greet me or at least acknowledge my presence.   There were 2 workers in sight, one I could see inside and another outside that literally walked right past me going back to the building.  Really?  he could have said 'Hello, Welcome' or 'I'll be with you shortly'.  I'm not sure what he was doing, no one else was standing out there coming or going with their luggage.  I finally left my luggage at the curb to go find someone to help me.  I walked up to the main door where the bellman that walked by me was standing and said 'excuse ...

Location, location, location. So close to Rogers Center, Union Station, Hockey Hall of Fame and more. Room was nicely decorated, hard wood floors are a plus, Room has everything we needed, working A/C, LCD panel TV, good shower. Good price found via Kayak,

I haven't slept in a single bed since I was a kid. While the bed size never bothered my sleep it was small. Wife slept in the other single bed! View of the building across was not great. Elevators seemed to be only working one at a time and slow no matter what.

Very pretty modern decor but not always practical. The sinks splashed water outside the sink, the wood floors were nice but uncomfortable under foot. The glass shower overlooking the room was nice as long as your companion was someone you knew intimately.

Located very close to the downtown hospitals.

My room was absolutely freezing and I mean FREEZING! When I spoke to the hotel agent about the temperature, he just said that because of the fluctuations in temperature at this time of year, this can happen. The hotel did not offer any solution nor did they compensate me for this extreme discomfort.

Location, bed comfort

No coffee maker in room, towel quantity and quality below average

Have stayed at this hotel previously and knew what to expect. Pleasantly surprised to see they were upgrading all rooms and had a nicer room than previously. However, it was a quick-fix renovation and probably won't stand the test of time. The neighborhood has a 'grunge' feel and this hotel fits right in. Staff is pleasant and efficient. I had actually made an error in my reservation and arrived one day early. They let me have a room and at the Priceline rate! If you are looking for a hotel without any frills, at a good price that is close to downtown, this is a perfect fit. We were able to walk to several restaurants, and the on-site parking is very convenient. We will be back.

Prices are either the average per night price per room or first night of stay. You can select to display the prices with or without our estimate of taxes & fees (which may not appear on provider's booking page but will be charged at hotel checkout). Before you complete your reservation, verify the total cost on the provider's site. Prices and availability are not guaranteed.

Here's why:

We’re not the seller
At KAYAK we don’t set prices, so it’s not possible for us to guarantee what other companies are selling.

We aggregate tons of data for you
Our service lets you quickly and easily compare results from hundreds of travel sites at once. In this sense, KAYAK is a search engine and we don't guarantee prices we find.

Why aren’t prices accurate 100% of the time?
Prices on airline seats, hotel rooms and car rentals can change frequently. Several people may also be trying to buy the same travel option simultaneously. As a result, you may find on occasion that certain prices are no longer available.

More questions or if you have a bad price to report to us
Please send us an email and someone from our team will get back to you promptly.
