Pros (+) Breakfast was hot and decent.
Cons (-) When we stepped in the room, we noticed that it had not been cleaned properly. There was a used, dry wash cloth draped over the shower curtain rod and the sofa bed linens were balled up on the floor of the closet. We went to the front desk to complain. The clerk offered clean linens and said he would tell the executive housekeeper about it. The rooms are dated, with dirty carpets and stained chair...

Pros (+) Breakfast was decent and extended pool hours were nice.
Cons (-) Staff was not helpful. Room smelled awful. No glassware in the room. Expected more for what we paid. One of the cleaners followed us to our car asking for a tip after an already unpleasant and overpriced visit

Pros (+) The staff was awesome, place was very clean. For a large group of people traveling with young kids the facilities were perfect. The location is close to the interstate, lots of shopping, and places to grab food!
Cons (-) Pool area was very slick! Shoes, no shoes didn’t matter. I was so afraid one of we’re going to fall.
