I was amazed with everything at the hotel. I've never stayed at a Hotel that was this clean and friendly.
Employees were nice and welcoming.
Room did not smell so well. Sheets and such didnt seem to be as clean either.
Hotel staff was nice and the hotel was comfortable.
nice, clean, quiet. No smoking, which was nice.... Breakfast was ok, rooms are a little small. Have popcorn and cookies for snacks, as well as a microwave and mini frig. Overall very nice
It had lots of pillows, My room was clean.
The light over the sink wouldn't come on all the way .It just flickered at half watt.
Comfy bed, quiet room, right off interstate.
Lots of cigarette smoke.
The cookies and popcorn placed for our consumption was a nice little plus.
Clean room, comfortable bed
Below average breakfast. Large trucks in parking lot. No good restaurants nearby.
Convenient location. Large rooms with microwave and fridge. Nice extras like cookies and mints in room. Good variety for breakfast.
It was close to the venue of the festival we were attending and the swimming pool
We had to get our own sheets and empty our own trash after the first night for which we were not happy
Cleanliness of hotel, location, noise
Did not like that the fitness room was locked until 8:00am as I had early meetings both mornings.
Quiet setting. Close enough to Hocking Hills to make it convenient. No bars and night clubs screaming for notice.
I booked a non-smoking room and a smoking room was held for us. This has happened twice with Priceline bookings. Both times the hotel personally made it 'right' for us as much as possible. Housekeeping is a little noisey in the mornings-hard to sleep in
smelled bad, bed was uncomfortable, AC was noisy, trucks in and out all night
My experience at this hotel was overshadowed by the fact that I paid XXX to priceline for the hotel and was told at the hotel that the rack rate off the street was XXX. I felt totally ripped off.
Mill dew smell. Greasy breakfast. Unfriendly.
Perfect location for our stopover to Indianapolis IN Great value for the $$. Five star cleanliness& accessibility from interstate and fine restaurants. Would definitely make this our stopover on subsequent trips to the midwest.
Does not have ANY accessible rooms, so had to use an ordinary room. Except for lck of grab bars in the bathroom and difficulty of using the toilet for a disabled person, the room was OK, good beds, plenty of pillows and towels. Breakfast was not as good as the ads promised, but they did have fruit, hot egg and sausage patties. I believe they were another brand, not Best Western, until recently. I saw a bad review earlier, but this is no longer accurate. Although a little expensive, it is a comfortable place to stay
We had a wonderful time at the Lakewood Inn.Everyone from the front desk to the cleaning staff was friendly and helpful. The front desk took care of our every need. The kids had a blast. The pool was clean and there were towels readily available right at the pool's edge. Our room was very clean with tons of pillows. We plan on staying again in the future.
The room my wife and I had was nice, clean and it was in good shape. We had a jetted tub which worked nicely. Nice motel for the money
