Office seemed disorganized and unprofessional. There were two other customers ahead of me and I waited nearly 20 minutes to be waited on while the agents chatted with customers. Drop off was very smooth, but pick up was agonizingly tedious.. Also, I was not aware of that. I had to go offsite out of the airport to pick up the car. I had been a Budget customer previously, and intend to go back to Budget next time.Reviewed May 12 2024

I did not receive the vehicle that I reserved. They told me that had to give me an upgraded vehicle and that I had to pay extra $175 for the vehicle because they gave my smaller car to someone else.Reviewed May 11 2024

The worst experience imaginable. Rented a Tesla and even though I arrived early - was told my Tesla rental was given up and I would be “upgraded” to another vehicle. This vehicle was a Corolla. In no world would this be considered an upgrade and I was extremely disappointed in the rudeness of the staffReviewed May 11 2024

I spent time trying to pay prior. I uploaded information prior. I stood in a long line to get a car I reserved. The I was ent to a parking lot where I had to wait for a vehicle. Staff was rude and dismissive. Drop off was rude and dismissive. They refused to provide a receipt. I hope I never have to use )etc again. I am losing trust in Kayak.Reviewed May 11 2024

Self checkout took over an hour and a half and involved 5 separate support calls, and 2 on-site staff before we finally had a car. The car we got wasn't what we booked and was smaller than our original booking.Reviewed May 10 2024

Customer service at the RDU terminal was excellent. The car was clean and it felt like an upgrade from what I booked, as it was quite new (low mileage) and was very comfortable. I needed to pick it up early, which was accommodated quite graciously. I had a 900 mile drive in this vehicle with no issues.Reviewed May 9 2024
