The entire think was a dark UX upsell. Reserved car not ready but I can upgrade and get a car right away.Reviewed Oct 12 2026

Skip the counter was great but a little tricky to find the Hertz lot (different floor than the walkway leads to---not H's fault but everyone's would benefit from better signs) and the car itself (it had a number that wasn't in the number segregated zones) but friendly help was on hand—just ironic to need it when one is trying to skip the counter.Reviewed Oct 12 2026

Hello, I never got my car. We arrived at Hertz and they just told us they had no vehicle available, and that we had yo deal with it. That you were not checking the vehicles available before confirming the bookings...that's crazy. And we nearly cancelled our appointment due to this. Today the card was checked out. I am asking you to refund it immediately. Sincerely yours, Clement HumeauReviewed Oct 12 2026

The service at the office at the Bari airport, and at the office in downtown Lecce both were just beyond incredible. Truly nice people. Helpful. Willing to go out of their way to help us pay a parking ticket upon returning the car in LecceReviewed Oct 12 2026

I had a horrible interaction with an employee named Sam at the pickup at Hertz. My rental was through a company I was working with, and paid for. when I told Sam that he insisted that he needed to start a new order which made no sense. When I showed him paperwork on the reservation that was already paid for he was extremely rude and disrespectful to me, accusing me of giving him FALSE information. I had never been treated like that by an employee at any rental car agency.Reviewed Oct 9 2026

There was no information on your website that a Florida resident can not rent with debit card at airports - I had been traveling from Europe all day , 20 hours to find out I can’t get a car , and I had paid for insurance that I have not received backReviewed Oct 8 2026
