Pros:The staff was very helpful. Z in Queens was particularly nice and made our drop off quick easy and something we will do again.Cons:We wanted to drive from our upstate home to JFK and it was an economic and convenient option. Pros:THE WAY HERTZ HANDLED THE TIRE PROBLEM WE HAD. THE PEOPLE AT THE VESTAL NY FACILITY WERE FRIENDLY AND VERY HELPFUL.Cons:THE DROPING OFF THE CAR AT THE SYRACUSE AIRPORT WAS A TOTAL NIGHTMARE. AND I STILL DON'T KNOW IF EVERYTHING IS OKReviewed Aug 26 2018

Tendent at pickup was very rudePros:The car was great and the drop off was seemless and the guy was nice and helpful!Cons:The tendent when J went to pick up my car was extremely rude and I felt like she did not want to be there. Cons:I didn't like the way the employee at the Hertz Counter at Binghamton Hertz Airport treated me. He seemed disgusted that I had rented "the cheapest car that money can buy", as he stated with a total look of disdain on his face. The car that I was told would be a Nissan Sentra or a Chevrolet turned out to be a KIA - tiny. It was a terrible trip.Reviewed Apr 6 2017
